Please read this before purchasing. By purchasing any product from BUPA-SCRIPT, you are considered to have read and accepted this policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Open source scripts
If you purchase an open source script, you may not be able to return it. The listing indicates that the code is open source and modifiable — please keep that in mind when you buy it.
Renaming a script
We will not provide support for a script if you change the name of the script.
Escrow scripts & fixes
We cannot refund a script once an error in an escrow script has been fixed for you, because fixing it may require opening the source, and an opened script cannot be refunded. We tell you this before we act on the request. For example: client.lua is opened and the error is fixed — you cannot refund the script after that, but we will continue to support it.
Short-window refunds
Refunds requested a short time after purchase (typically within 2–8 hours) are declined. This prevents fraud — buying a product, getting it effectively for free and attempting to leak it. You can always send us a support request instead.
Discounted escrow products
Refunds are not accepted for discounted escrow products. If a script is not working due to encryption, an open source version may be offered.
Support hours
Most developers on our team live in the UTC+3 time zone, so replies may be delayed outside those hours. Don't worry — our team is happy to help during active hours.
DMCA protection
Our scripts are protected by DMCA. Legal action is initiated against anyone who tries to share a Tebex transaction code or leak our scripts.
This refund policy is provided by Tebex.io. The decision to refund is determined entirely by Tebex.io — BUPA-SCRIPT cannot determine the refund decision for a script.
