Language: Language is now set with Config.Locale in config.lua. You no longer need to add setr ox:locale to server.cfg.
UI: The interface no longer loads anything from the internet, so it works on servers with restricted network access and opens instantly.
Fonts: Fixed UI fonts not loading in the open-source build.
Texts: Cleaned up UI titles and removed unused translation keys in all 7 languages.
Manifest: Updated to fx_version 'cerulean'.
